∎ Experience in the textile or fashion or manufacturing industry will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Experience in vendor sourcing from international markets.
∎ Knowledge about Local & International procurement procedure.
∎ Well versed in procurement software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the procurement of various goods or services or fabrics or raw materials as per organizational needs.
∎ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and understand specifications and timelines.
∎ Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
∎ Liaise with vendors for quotations, negotiation, and order confirmations.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
∎ Maintain procurement trackers, documentation, and reports.
∎ Coordinate with the production, logistics, and inventory teams for order processing and delivery follow-up.
∎ Assist in resolving procurement-related issues including delays, quality concerns, or policy compliance.
∎ Participate in vendor development and market research activities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
