Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To follow up AOP order and sample approval to facilitate smooth bulk execution of the TNA plan.
∎ To ensure maximum hit rate for TnA.
∎ To assist production department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, factory monthly plan based on the history from Knitting, Dyeing , AOP to Delivery .
∎ Preparing the plan on a daily basis and set alternative plan to complete order on time.
∎ To monitor the daily production activities to understand production flow and ensure overall On-Time-Delivery of finished products.
∎ To find the previous month difficulties and set corrective action plan for the next month.
∎ To participate in production activities and co-ordinate with production department for improving production activities.
∎ To ensure and monitor production and manpower efficiency as per the set parameter .
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
