- Strong command of social media management and online communication platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and social media analytics tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) ensuring engaging and brand-consistent content.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to suggest innovative approaches.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and order status.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing and problem resolution.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and feedback efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Assist in improving customer communication templates and FAQs.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly communication and marketing activity reports to the E-commerce Manager.
