Experience:

• 1 to 4 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Leather Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology

• 1 to 4 years

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Knowledge of the Leather Goods Manufacturing process.
• Ability to plan own work, set priorities and complete it under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla.
• Ability to work independently.

• Candidates willing to job rotate to more business centric departments/ functions are highly encouraged to apply.

• Coordinate with customers for bag approval, capturing comments, coordinating meetings and resolving issues.

• Ensure right material for right style through trim card approval.

• Follow up with Product Development Department and check readiness of sample bag to send to customer for approval.

• Monitor and collate observations from Production Planning, Production, QA and QC when new style is introduced and check for issues with specifications and actual delivery.

• Prepare File information details - quantity to be produced, style & color for each season.

• Check packing list and packing quality before sending the sample for customer approval.

• Prepare summary report of sample - production style pictures, material standards, hardware standards, article status, trim card status and the alike.

• Prepare contents for Pre-production meeting, support for smooth production & shipment.

• Following up of Sample as per T&A. Check technical drawing with regards to sample, Paper Pattern & SOP.

• Arrange materials for sample developments. Confirm swatch card for mass production.

• Arrange internal meetings for new styles.

• Communicating with internal & external customer. Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports.

• Update the production and shipment related status in respective online platforms and ERP.

• Confirm Packing Instructions.

Salary review after successful completion of probationary period along with guaranteed allowance of BDT 4,000. Insurance coverage for Life, hospitalization (IPD) and outdoor medical treatments (OPD).
