Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Need to study competitors' products & sales strategy to take competitive statement.
∎ Submit periodical report to section head for his/her better understanding regarding actual progress.
∎ Candidates should be dynamic and presentable in attitude and attire.
∎ Smart in negotiation and presentation.
∎ Strong sales closing capability.
∎ Supervising whole sales & marketing section (online & offline sales)
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through telephone or emails.
∎ Explain features, characteristics and quality of the products to customers.
∎ Achieve team monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through excellent customer services.
∎ Run industry operations smoothly.
∎ Process customer order and prepare quotation if required.
∎ Keep record of daily sales and report to Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
