Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategies plan using various marketing techniques to increase product sales with on-time import proceed. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attractions.
∎ Prepare Professional Sales & Digital Marketing Plan.
∎ Achieve Monthly Sales Target & Collections.
∎ Continuous Effort to Achieve Organizational Goals.
∎ Any Other Job as Assigned by the Organization.
∎ To develop new business and build up relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
∎ Encourage team work and efficiently develop, certify and evaluate periodical team performance.
∎ To ensure that day to day review is made on feedback received from team members on various issues and corrective actions are taken in time.
∎ Engage with the team members by giving market intelligence to formulate operational team strategy.
∎ Manage of all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Ability to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, online, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
