Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic record.
Minimum one year of experience in relevant field is preferred; experience in SME Banking/ Branch Banking/Product & Process Development/Project Management related functionalities will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with familiarity in analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Excel.
Proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target-oriented, with the ability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement a clearly defined and compelling digital strategy for the company’s future as required.
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless adoption of digital solutions across the SME Banking channels with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Escalate issues as necessary, provide updates, share insights, and seek guidance when needed.
Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio.
Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to strengthen a robust digital ecosystem.
Measure ROI on digital projects, refine approaches to ensure optimal investment in tools and resources.
Build, manage, and expand both internal and external digital innovation ecosystems.
Map customer, employee, and stakeholder journeys to continuously refine and enhance digital experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experience, marketing channels, and business models.
Work with Human Resources to attract, retain, assess and develop digitally capable talent across the organization.
Participate in meetings to represent work group perspective and share information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify evolving business requirements and potential solutions.
