Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banking law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Labor Law, Tax Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should have vast experience in company job in legal affairs or court practice.
∎ Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement agencies
∎ Provide Legal support to Marketing and Sales in the areas of product, advertising and promotion and distribution.
∎ Provide Legal support to employees concern issues under Labour laws.
∎ To file cases on behalf of the Company with the Police Station, Court or with any other court, tribunal and concern authority.
∎ To serve legal notices upon the clients of the company to recover the dues/installments of the company.
∎ To draft and file the cases on behalf of the Company and to defend the cases filed against the Company.
∎ Keep liaison with different regulatory authorities, government offices, and other relevant bodies.
∎ Checking of legal documents.
∎ To draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as required by the Company from time to time.
∎ To provide clear & transparent legal advice to the Company and put recommendations to the Management as and when required.
∎ To perform duties as a Legal Secretary to the Management Committee / Board of Directors of the Company.
∎ To submit quarterly reports to Management along with a database of the status of all court matters involved by the Company.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
