Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper knowledge of computers and smartphone
∎ Good command in English Typing
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
∎ Conduct consistent network backup operations.
∎ Setting up of computer LAN for a new outlet while providing the solution to it matters concurrently.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone.
∎ Ability to Work with IT Companies
∎ Able to set up accounts for staff, educate them on login and resolve issues arising
∎ Operating System Installation, Configuration, and LAN Networking
