Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain 25 Brand promoters in different outlets of Dhaka.
Ensure on time PO and delivery, Product availability and achieve sales target.
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the modern trade channel.
Manage and build relationships with the outlet manager and other officials, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for business development.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand visibility and effective in-store promotions.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
Provide guidance and support to the Brand promoter, contributing to skill development and performance optimization.
