∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for Planning, Design and setup of a new LAN and WAN.
∎ • Troubleshooting of LAN and Internet.
∎ • Configuring and Troubleshooting of VPN Tunnel like as - GRE, IPSec, IP-IP, PPPoE, PPTP, L2TP.
∎ • Configuring and Managing of Static and Dynamic routing.
∎ • Should have good knowledge on Mikrotik, Cisco, Routing, Switching, Firewall, and Linux.
∎ • Should have good knowledge on Linux Postfix mail server.
∎ • Responsible to configure and mange of Windows active directory & File Backup server.
∎ • Good knowledge on antivirus administration server.
∎ • Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of Hardware, OS (Linux, Windows) and application software.
∎ • Support to all users for network, internet and desktop, laptop, printer, scanner and e-mail.
∎ • Responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining new server, hardware and software.
∎ • Monitor and maintain CCTV system including analog camera, IP camera, DVR, NVR.
∎ • Installing, Monitor and maintain Attendance Devices (Face, Finger, Card) and Door Access Control.
∎ • Manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report.
∎ • Visiting to all factories/branches for set up and troubleshooting of IT products when necessary.
∎ • Basic concept on Database and SAP/ERP software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Vendor certification (CCNP, CCNA, RHCE, RHCSA) will be given preference.
∎ • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali.
