Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide ICT Support Services to HR Staff
∎ Provide hardware, software and network support to HR Staff and update all system and application software and hardware
∎ Plan, schedule and conduct training/orientation on new technology to stake holder as per requirements to increase knowledge on IT/IS
∎ Maintain and update inventory of ICT product
∎ Conduct training/orientation on ERP and take user feedback for enhancement
∎ Provide end user support on new and existing software for smooth operations of HRLD activities
∎ Provide software support to Upazilla Accounts Manager
∎ Module development of ICT training/orientation
∎ Frequent field visit as per need
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
