• Review engineering designs, project specifications, work orders, and execution plans to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organisational standards.

• Evaluate contractor and vendor performance, focusing on adherence to approved timelines, budgets, material specifications, and quality expectations.

• Conduct thorough audits of project-related bills to verify quantities, rates, scopes, and execution status, ensuring accurate and compliant billing practices.

• Perform site visits and engage in discussions with stakeholders to validate actual work progress and reconcile with contractual obligations.

• Identify inconsistencies, cost overruns, or process inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions and cost-optimisation measures.

• Maintain complete and organised documentation of audit observations, verifications, approvals, and supporting evidence as per company protocols.

• Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to relevant departments, and support the resolution of audit issues through collaborative follow-up actions.
