Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures and process also prepare and develop project design
∎ Cooperate with SCM team for material planning and any project with the support from supervisor
∎ Identify the scope of improvement opportunity & help to design the project to mitigate the issues & improve the factory performance also Implement IE Tools & Techniques (Lean, Kaizen, Poka Yoke etc.)
∎ Assist in developing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste in the production line.
∎ Follow-up operations breakdown and layout also monitoring bottlenecks and maintain line balancing
