• A PGD/Diploma degree from reputed institution on footwear manufacturing will add value.

• Candidates having footwear manufacturing industry experience as IE role will get preference. 

• Sound knowledge on manufacturing processes, planning and support functions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Open-minded personality with positive attitude.

• Ability to maintain good working relations with all fellow Team Members & cross-functional team.

• Provide costing SMV after shoe line meeting to determine product overhead cost for selected articles.

• Conduct time study, prepare full article process wise SMV & layout paper mentioning required manpower & target production per hour in optimum efficiency.

• Balance the line to ensure proper work distribution of work among workers, solve bottleneck points for smooth production & set line wise target as per optimum capacity.

• Prepare line wise daily efficiency report for performance evaluation & also prepare loss time report to identify the root causes of production loss.

• Prepare monthly capacity planning (number of lines, manpower & OT) against freezing quantity & ensure freezing production completion with calculated manpower within prescribed timeline & OT.

• Conduct skill test for new workers to evaluate their performance to determine their grade.

• Calculate production incentive bonus & submit within due time for smooth payment disbursement.

• Conduct various improvement projects to improve process/system efficiency.

• Conduct weekly/monthly review meetings on productivity/efficiency/loss time & other relevant issues to increase awareness in production floor for further improvement.
