To determine SMV, Arrange & Design guide feed & folder on time (Pre-Production Attachments).·
To analyze productivity & calculate efficiency.·
To train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop their skills·
To ensuring the production target of the lines as per the production plan;·
To ensure time and motion study for all styles.·
To eliminate all sort of waste from production process.·
To reduce number of helpers.·
