Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties.

  • Maintain attendance and leave management.

  • Sound Knowledge on Disciplinary Action as per Law.

  • Housekeeping management, Support Staff Management.

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.

  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) administration and take minutes.

  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.

  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

  • Assist in coordinating general administration.

  • Updating and maintaining different HR and corporate policies and procedures in the light of Labor Law & industry standards and practice.
