∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone or email.
∎ Professionally handling customer complaints.
∎ Providing customers with product and service information.
∎ Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
∎ Outbound and inbound calls.
∎ Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
