- Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth.
- Must have leadership skill and maintain a large team and drive to achieve a full accomplishment of highest team achievement.
Responsibilities & Context: - To appoint new distributor at uncovered area for expanding market share.
- To maintain good relation with existing dealers and to motivate them on profitability.
- To perform market development related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
- Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly and yearly with searching new customer.
- Must have patience to work in the field level.
- Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
- Developing market for Household Appliance Products, increasing sales within the defined territory.
- Setting the marketing strategy by analyzing the competitors’ activities and accordingly generate the prospect of sales.
- Achieving Monthly Sales Target.
- Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance.
- Frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supervising sales & distribution of the region.
- Forecast for Sales, plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.
- Develop business plan and identify sales strategy to comply with competitors for maximization of Company's goals and profitability.
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and sales- collection commitment of officer to the achievement of Territory/ Region objectives and targets.
- Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.
- Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance. To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
