Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of Manned Security Services
∎ Effectively setting out goals and objectives for your team, including those for supervisory roles that may fall under your reporting line and structure.
∎ Ensuring all aspects of the required security services are being delivered to the customers' satisfaction and in accordance with the contract.
∎ Ensuring there are sufficient trained and skilled security personnel working at all times to meet customer and contract requirements.
∎ Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to customer requests and concerns.
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any incidents, conduct of subsequent investigations.
∎ Completing risk assessments/ surveys, site evaluations and generate reports accordingly
∎ Take necessary administrative and logistics support required for security operation and any new deployment including preparing mess arrangement, budget and requisitions
∎ Supervise and checking salary preparation reports and data.
∎ Source and assign for recruitment, proper training before deploying at zone.
∎ Ensure collection of invoice and regular coordinate with Finance with updates.
∎ Carry out inquiry/investigations if any theft or incident occurs in the projects, recommend methodology & take necessary action accordingly.
∎ Take disciplinary action against support staffs after investigation, if any misconduct taken place / malpractice occurred.
∎ Inspiring & counseling with the Field Patrolling Team on regular basis as they have to work round the clock as per demand.
∎ Meet clients with Business Development team for new contract establishment. Dispute resolution
