Job Summary:

Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. seeks a skilled and experienced Fire & Safety Engineer to oversee fire safety measures. This role involves enforcing fire safety policies, managing fire protection equipment, and ensuring compliance with all national fire and safety regulations to protect employees, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor workplace fire and safety policies, procedures, and programs.

• Conduct regular fire risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits across all facilities.

• Inspect and maintain fire safety systems and equipment (alarms, hydrants, pumps, extinguishers, emergency lights, fire doors).

• Supervise and monitor the firefighting team and ensure readiness for emergency response.

• Conduct fire safety audits and coordinate with authorities for fire license renewals and compliance documentation.

• Develop and maintain Fire Emergency Evacuation Plans and ensure clear evacuation maps and signage are displayed in all buildings.

• Plan, organize, and conduct fire safety training programs and evacuation drills for all employees and contractors.

• Review fire protection system designs, BOQs, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with project, engineering, and construction teams to ensure fire-safe building design and installation.

• Ensure periodic maintenance and calibration of all fire safety systems and equipment.

• Perform any other fire and safety-related duties assigned by Management.
