Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Management Information Systems (MIS), or Statistics.

• Preferred institutions: University of Dhaka, North South University, United International University, BRAC University, and East West University.

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Animal/Plant Breeding
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Basic understanding of ERP systems and modules (finance, HR, inventory).

• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Word) and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).

• Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.

• Solid research, data reporting, and analysis abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Understanding of relational databases.

• Prior experience related to production environments will be an advantage.

• Excellent relationship-building capability with internal managers and staff.

• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities:

Documentation

• Assist in preparing user manuals, SOPs, and module documentation under the guidance of senior team members.

• Document business processes and workflows through collaboration with functional teams.

• Maintain version control and change logs for ERP modules.

• Support the creation of training materials for internal users.

• Ensure clarity and consistency in all documentation using established templates and standards.

Testing Responsibilities (Junior Level)

• Execute predefined test cases for ERP modules (functional, integration, UAT).

• Log bugs and issues in tools such as JIRA or Trello.

• Verify fixes and perform regression testing after updates.

• Support test data preparation and environment setup.

• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to understand expected outcomes and report discrepancies.

Collaboration & Learning

• Participate in team meetings and sprint reviews to understand development cycles.

• Shadow senior testers and analysts to learn best practices.

• Document learnings to build domain knowledge (e.g., Finance, HR, Inventory).

• Stay updated on ERP trends and tools relevant to the organization.
