Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Rebar Stock and reconcile with all stock location & Delivery Statement.
∎ To prepare finish production distribution reports for management.
∎ To prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports of delivered goods to customer.
∎ To prepare monthly dashboard for management by highlighting Distribution top line activities.
∎ To ensure checking and reconciling the vendors (Transport & Labor) bill.
∎ To ensure checking the stock level & ensure optimum product availability of Dhaka Warehouse.
∎ To reconcile Dhaka Warehouse delivery reports & submit to cross functional team.
∎ To facilitate for performing internal audit with coordination with all stock locations.
∎ To coordinate with cross functional team to ensure required logistics support for distribution department.
∎ To assist performing export program & bulk shipment to high valued corporate customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in advance level Excels, MS Word & PowerPoint.
∎ Material Handling practices and Inventory management.
∎ Good Understanding of Business and Sales trends.
∎ Customer Service Management Excellence.
