∎ The Opportunity:
∎ The Officer for LTP+ Program Support and Data Management is a member of the MHPSS technical team who is mainly responsible for providing timely and effective administrative and operations (e.g., logistics, procurement, inventory) support to the MHPSS team. The incumbent is responsible for collecting data (quantitative and qualitative) of the LTP+ (Learning through play plus) study from MHPSS Senior Officers and CHW/CMHW (community health/mental health worker) and helping the MHPSS Coordinators enter the same into information management systems used for the study by Health and Nutrition of SCI.
∎ The Officer is responsible for providing both technical and operational documentation and analytical support and coordination on the existing software systems being used and related ICT applications for the Health and Nutrition Program, specifically the LTP+ study and other MHPSS programs. S/he needs to work on data digitalization processes, formats, tools, techniques, etc. along with that associated with program/LTP+ and MEAL documentation. S/he is also accountable for ensuring data is stored and used in a way that maintains confidentiality and aligns with the BMRC ethical guidelines. S/he must have professional knowledge of how mobile-web-based database system functions for program delivery and performance reporting purposes. S/he will frequently communicate program components to comprehend information requirements as well as will be responsible for required internal and external reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze the processes to produce a prototype structure to formulate how the requirements can be best fit to the existing system or propose necessary enhancement of the system to make it more responsive to the requirements. S/he will keep track of the progress of such development and at every step s/he will ensure quality of the flawless deliveries.
