Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer requirements and requests (via mail & phone) in a timely manner.
∎ Process orders, provide invoices, share layouts on time to customers.
∎ Proper order management, share order status/delivery information to customers.
∎ Coordinate with the operation team and other departments on the delivery of goods and services.
∎ Handle customer complaints according to the company procedures and services standard.
∎ Educate new customers regarding order placing, system knowledge and information.
∎ Provide suggestions to the supervisor on the improvement of the current order/process/operation flow to increase efficiency.
∎ Visit customers whenever require and critical issues resolution.
∎ Provide selling support to respond to management needs.
∎ Follow up on-time payments, faster documentation and support commercial / credit team to close order.
∎ Follow company, and department policy and according to established procedures / SOP.
∎ Maintain and take actions to be aligned with department goals, objectives & KPIs.
∎ Be proactive and self-aware.
∎ Champion customer needs and ensure best service experience.
∎ Knowledge of customer garment production lead time, product lines etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in Computer skills in MS office (especially in Excel)
∎ Excellent in Bangla and English - both spoken and written
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent time management skills and Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Planning, organizing & prioritizing skills.
