Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, Order follow up.
∎ Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills, often interacting with customers via phone, email.
∎ All kind of reporting base on account follow-up. Communication with Global office along with attend all kinds of inquiries from them.
