Job Responsibilities:
∎ Core Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) during registration and information update.
∎ Coordinate KYC Quality Check (QC) for sampling as per standards/guidelines and report to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Develop and monitor rule-based alarms/red flag on personal accounts during transaction.
∎ Conduct risk assessment of new/existing products, services, technologies and clients from system data perspective and maintain residual risk mitigation measures.
∎ Screen clients for sanctions, investigate additional information and escalate for case resolution.
∎ Support the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaire conducted by potential business partners.
∎ Coordinate, support and mitigate risks related to Regulatory Inspection, Internal and External Audit.
∎ Develop and implement system based automated controls.
∎ Assist in the implementation of Risk Register.
∎ Reporting.

∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

∎ Knowledge on Financial Products, MFS Industry and its Regulation/Directives
∎ Effective Communication and Impactful Presentation

∎ Proficient User of Microsoft Office Suit and advanced MS Excel user
∎ Proficient in interpreting bulk data into usable information
∎ Risk Assessment Capacity
