Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developingoperationsbymonitoringtheproperdocumentationandtraceabilityofvariousdepartmentswithinthesupplychain.
∎ To ensure & implement factory traceability requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
∎ Tocheckalldata,records,reports,formats,statements,files,books®isterofrelatedsections/departmentsareproperlyfor up-date & maintained as per traceability requirements.
∎ Monitoring the supplier mapping and checking the production in accordance with the actual mapping.
∎ To ensure conducting of internal periodical audit in factories; and ensuring issues are resolved.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
∎ Prepare corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently.
∎ Developing the capability of various departments related with traceability through training, group discussion session etc.
∎ Face traceability audit with the concerned departments on the day of the third-party audit.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 Years auditing experience in third party audit firm.
∎ Ms Office Package.
∎ Having knowledge about,Operation,Traceability, Supplier Mapping etc.
∎ Should be confident enough for handling internal traceability auditing and reporting.
