Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dissemination of Regulatory Circulars/guidelines for timely compliance and prepare consulate status.
∎ Respond related inquiries raised by Central Bank, different wings of National Board of Revenue, Anti-Corruption Commission, etc. & provide required feedback in a timely/ accurate manner.
∎ Ensure Submission of Reports/ returns to Department of Banking Inspection (DBI) and Department of Off-site Supervision (DOS) of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Review of related documents of branches as guided by BB, like DCFCL, QOR, etc. and other stakeholders' submissions.
∎ Completing Self-Assessment of Anti-Fraud Internal Controls Checklist as per Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
∎ Submission of related quarterly RIT to Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Prepare, submission, monitoring & maintenance of compliances of regulatory inspection reports.
∎ Coordinate with branches/departments for compliance of any inspection by Central bank & other regulators.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Detailed knowledge on Banking laws and practices and Regulatory circulars / directives and regulations.
∎ Knowledge of best practices in compliance, governance frameworks, methodologies & emerging compliance practices for monitoring and risk assessments.
∎ Experience of communicating with regulators and assisting with regulatory inquiries and inspections.
∎ Highly developed communication and influencing skills with ability to build relationships across the organization at all levels.
∎ Pragmatic thinker and capable of quickly interpreting information for presenting arguments in a clear and reasoned way.
∎ Highly committed, politically astute, self-confident demeanor and matured social skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
