• The candidate should have at least 3 years of related work experience in RMG factories.

Context: The company is a Japan based knit composite garment manufacturing industry. Specialized in fashionable knit Tops & Bottoms item. The agent has running operation globally.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare all types of export documents for knit garments.
• Have working experience with different buyers.
• Verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations, liaise with clients and perform logistical tasks.
• Collect B/L and prepare the relevant documents for endorsement from the bank on time.
• Execute all regulatory formalities of customs relating to export. All kinds of draft documents (BL & GSP/COO) submitted to the forwarder are required by the buyer.
• Coordinate with C & F, freight forwarder, & shipping line for online booking & monitoring of shipment.
• Good knowledge of office document filing and record keeping.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
