● Self-starter with eagerness to learn customer behavior.
Responsibilities & Context:
● A degree in BBA/BTM/Statistics/CSE from a reputed university
● Regularly monitor active base, retention, churn, and win-back performance.
● Develop segmentation approaches to enable proactive customer actions.
●Execute, track and refine end-to-end campaign rollout operations.
●Use analytics and customer profiles to support campaign design.
● Evaluate campaign performance, replicate successful models and maintain a structured repository.
●Identify opportunities (“white spots”) to increase customer stickiness and engagement.
●Contribute to projects and initiatives that support faster campaign go-to-market.
