Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan & supervise the production activities to support the daily production demand in accordance with set standards & procedures maintaining the consistency in quality of the products.
∎ Ability to improv the productivity, control the process loss, reduce the down time of the production machinery for cost effective productions.
∎ Able to maintain minimum inventory level by optimizing & controlling the material flow.
∎ Responsible for establishing GMP, FSMS & other relevant ISO standards to produce safe food.
∎ Able to generate management reports for evaluation & to communicate information to the factory management.
