Job Responsibilities:

∎ Daily Transaction checking, processing & recording in ERP'
∎ Budgetary control of all. especially incentive, TA, DA & Promo Bill'
∎ Factory Budgetary Monitoring & Control Monthly'
∎ Depot Budgetary Monitoring & Control Monthly'
∎ Promotional Bill Checking & Disbursement Monthly'
∎ TA & DA Checking & Disbursement Monthly'
∎ incentive Calculation (Monthly or Special & Quarterly) & Disbursement. Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Enter company interest calculation & Entry in ERP & reconciliation'
∎ Ensure final settlement calculation with disbursement on Time'
∎ To maintain Loan Liability position as per Loan Documents on monthly basis'
∎ To ensure VDS & TDS deduction from bill as per VAT & Tax compliance and resolve issues
∎ To ensure TDS payment to Govt. treasury and issuing TDS Certificate'
∎ To communicate with bank and various department for document collection.
∎ Assist Line Manager in preparing Income statement & Balance Sheet with data'
∎ Ensure short report on sales progress daily and quick discuss with Line Manager (Frequently).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Processing and Recording Financial Transaction
∎ Sound Knowledge on VAT & TAX and Audit
∎ Financial Risk Management.
∎ Reconciliation & Analysis.
∎ Fraud Detection & Control, Credit Management.
∎ Incentive, TA DA & Payroll Disbursing
Salary:
∎ Tk. 21000 - 23000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will increase upon performance evaluation during confirmation.
