Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in developing and executing trading and sales strategies to achieve departmental goals.
Identify potential clients and maintain regular communication to build and strengthen relationships.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and documentation related to LC, shipment, and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product demand to support pricing decisions.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth vessel discharging and timely material delivery.
Ensure proper record keeping of sales transactions, customer databases, and payment follow-ups.
Assist in negotiating with clients and vendors while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Support senior management with periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
