Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and supervise lightering, discharging, and delivery operations to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with vessel masters, lighter operations teams, and port authorities for seamless operation flow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational standards.
Track vessel movements, cargo discharging schedules, and prepare daily operation reports.
Liaise with clients, transporters, and logistics partners to resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation related to vessel operations, cargo reports, and delivery records.
Support cost control initiatives and assist in optimizing resource utilization.
Prepare and submit operation performance data and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with the trading and finance teams to ensure LC, documentation, and payment coordination.
