Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work as troubleshooter of all IT related device and equipment's like desktop, Laptop, Server computers, manageable non-manageable switches router, access point, Cisco device and router. Maintaining and setup Factory level network by using work group Administrative Mode. Maintenance Panasonic PABX system, Fax printer and photocopy machines. Setup and maintaining operating system windows XP, Windows-7, Windows-8, Windows-8.1 & Windows - 10. Maintenance mail server, Tally Server, File Server, Database server & Attendance Server. Smoothly troubleshoot mail, Tally, Database Server related problem. Troubleshoot printer related problem. All user control in Mikrotic router & varies types wireless router. Responsible for the basic routing maintenance and troubleshooting like connectivity checking, backup important files etc. Have to ensure hardware, software and network upgrades installation, re-installation, changes and re-locations. Ensure all users devices security and smooth mail communication. Provide IT support for end users. Ability to work under pressure in the company environment. Ensure proper documentation of IT assets.
∎ Configure a new PC & install software. Assembly of computer and it's components. Confirm user requirements and provide better solutions.
∎ Monitor and supervise the functions of Admin under the guideline of Head of HR & Admin.
∎ Control and maintenance of office transports.
∎ Maintain all personal file with update documents under guidance of Head of HR & admin.
∎ Appointment of Doctors for patients treatment.
∎ Experience of such criteria may be 1st priority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ IT System Management
∎ MTCNA/ CCNA, A+ certified will be preferred.
