- 1–2 years of experience in education consultancy / student counseling / client handling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Additional Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other official software tools.
- Expert in social media handling (Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Email communication, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
- Smart, proactive, and presentable personality.
Responsibilities & Context: - Greet visitors, manage front desk operations, and maintain a professional environment.
- Handle incoming calls and ensure proper lead call follow-ups under the guidance of Senior Counselors.
- Assist Senior Counselors by scheduling appointments and maintaining student communication records.
- Reply to social media messages and inquiries regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Maintain appointment schedules, call logs, and client interaction records.
- Provide administrative support related to student files, applications, and office tasks.
