∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ With the direction of Admin team, run Dhaka office facility smoothly for the Electrical & Electronics aspect. Time-to-time physical check, testing, setup/equipped and do necessary replacement, upgradation, installations in empty and/or occupied properties, completing repairs and full house reviews when necessary. Covering normal hours and out of hours’ emergency basis coordination with Dhaka Office Administrator.
∎ #Electric:
∎ Based on Electrical drawing and distribution, undertake routine maintenance, servicing and updating of electrical systems and appliances to standards required on occupied and void properties (interior and exterior).
∎ Periodically check Electric Earth-in rating and make sure Earth-in rating are Internationally acceptable standard as per different type of equipment e.g. Central UPS, Server room equipment, Air conditioner etc.
∎ Provide adequate support to Central UPS system related Electrical supply and make sure Earth-in is up to the standard.
∎ #Air conditioner:
∎ Some typical job duties coordination with Office Administrator of entire office Air conditioning technicians include reviewing blueprints, installing air conditioning systems, testing systems for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency. Contractor may also record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel/electrical consumption and hours of operation.
∎ #General:
∎ To maintain a clean and safe environment while working within an occupied property. Where appropriate, provide instruction and supervision to apprentices.
∎ To work with external clients as required to complete repairs and maintenance of equipment.
∎ Repair and maintenance of workstation and office furniture when needed.
∎ Support electrical and logistical maintenance office event take place.
∎ Time-to-time physical check all meeting rooms electricity, sound systems and other existing facility.
∎ #Plumbing:
∎ Coordinates with Landlords to Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials to installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids.
∎ Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair.
∎ Chooses plumbing materials based on office needs, location, and intended uses of building.
∎ Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes.
∎ Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.
∎ #Other tasks:
∎ Any other duties assign by Dhaka Office Administrator in the capacity office repair and maintenance.
∎ To respect the need for confidentiality when processing personal/customer data.
∎ Maintain BTCL Telephone land line landing point in the basement and its relevant diagnostic periodically.
∎ Prepare a basic in-house audit report for entire office Electrical supply and systems and take steps to rectify deviation in coordination with Dhaka Office Administrator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years’ experience in related fields especially of with any UN Agencies or International//Multinational or any organizations.
∎ Able to understand and follow instructions in English and work as part of a team.
∎ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
