Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Diploma in Business Studies, Diploma in Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Sound knowledge on graphic design (Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers and posting to accounting book, ledger maintenance, ensure posting on software.
∎ Has to be familiar with the accounting software.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book register, bank book register prepares and give posting of all vouchers (Debit voucher, Credit voucher, Journal voucher, etc.) in the accounting software system.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of the expense.
∎ Maintains all office files and records and keeps updates for the project office.
∎ Record all the expenditures in the ledger that complies with the budget line item and reports monthly.
∎ Preparation of bank reconciliation statement, daily cash & bank book maintenance.
∎ Preparation of all documents of VAT and Tax and timely submission.
∎ Review and monitor all advances and adjusted them in a timely.
∎ Secure the proper filing and storage of all financial records
∎ Assist and provide information to the internal and external auditors.
∎ Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers, and others supporting documents.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly & quarterly sales, and collection reports.
∎ Recording daily transactions sales, receivable, and collection.
∎ Regular collection entry posting.
∎ Prepare sales bills, vouchers,s and posting to the system.
∎ Supervise & maintain factory pretty cash.
∎ Preparation of Inventory report and reconcile with register physically.
∎ Monthly closing of the accounts and reporting to the management.
∎ Any other job as decided by the upper management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Hard worker with pleasant and friendly attitude.
∎ Should have representative attitude and prompt in communication.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
∎ Expertise & accurate in both Bangla & English typing.
∎ Must be having good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
∎ Sound knowledge on graphic design (Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
∎ Different types of documentation like Quotation, Invoice, Bill, Notice writing, Formal letter writing etc.
∎ Skillfully use Excel software to make reports and analyze data.
∎ Clear logic thinking of operation data management system.
∎ Finish the duty according to the time.
∎ Good at communication, clear expression in English.
∎ Be patient, careful, rigorous and responsible. Passionate about work, active and continuous learning.

Salary: Negotiable
