Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop, Computer skill, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), Microsoft Excel, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Lead the HR, Administrative activities of the company.
∎ Establishment of a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staff and management personnel in the company.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Maintain coordination with all the concerned departments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the HR, Administrative activities of the company.
∎ Establishment of a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staff and management personnel in the company.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Maintain coordination with all the concerned departments.
∎ Develop, upgrade and implement HR and Administration Policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation within the company.
∎ Organizing & maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data and updating any previous employees' data.
∎ Updating internal databases like all leave records.
∎ Ensure counseling on disciplinary issues.
∎ Prepare various HR documents including employment contracts, compensation list and more.
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other job portals etc.
∎ Complain handling & disciplinary action.
∎ Provide guidance/assistance to workers and give them appreciation whenever and wherever required.
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation / legal affairs work and other HR activities.
∎ Preparation and circulation of official/ managerial order/note/memo & circular with regards to HR and Admin.
∎ Dealing with concerned regulatory authorities of Bangladesh Government specially Departments under Ministry of Labour, Law enforcing authorities and local administration.
∎ Face various types of compliance audit.
∎ Ensure healthy workplace, safety, and environment.
∎ Ensure 100% of security management & control.
∎ Maintain all kinds of record-keeping registers.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced knowledge in computer literacy with MS Office (Specially Excel)
∎ Should have pleasant, smart, smiley face & talented personality
∎ Excellent communication (Both Bangla and English), interpersonal and people management skills

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
