Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set-up meeting/conference room.
∎ Prepare meeting/workshops material (photocopy, scan, make folders, reports etc.)
∎ Provide logistics support during meetings, workshops, training (serve beverage, tea/coffee, food and handle staff registration, distribute handbook, pen, etc.).
∎ Make photocopies as per order.
∎ Scan documents as per order.
∎ Send faxes as per order.
∎ Produce spiral binding reports, as and when needed.
∎ Distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
∎ Distribute incoming and outgoing pouch.
∎ Distribute daily newspaper and magazines.
∎ Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors.
∎ Electrical equipment handling knowledge is preferred.
∎ Refill kitchen stock of water, tea/coffee, milk, sugar etc.
∎ Keep kitchen clean and tidy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum two (2) years of experience.
∎ Able to communicate in English and Bengali.
∎ Must be medically fit for carrying out messenger services.
∎ Must be healthy and free from all communicable diseases, as proven by periodical medical exams, by a licensed local practitioner

Salary: Negotiable
