Job Responsibilities:
∎ Screening incoming calls
∎ Taking and transmitting messages
∎ Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings
∎ Making photocopies
∎ Performing data entry
∎ Faxing documents, typing and word processing
∎ Filing documents alphabetically, numerically or by other prescribed methods
∎ Tracking recruitments and job postings, conducting employment verifications and processing and tracking invoices
∎ Monitoring and restocking office supplies and materials

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
