Job Responsibilities:
∎ ** Pre-Sales Support **
∎ Ability to understand the requirements and Business Processes
∎ Ability to configure the Odoo ERP to provide the pre-sales demonstrations with sample data
∎ Ability to coordinate with the client’s requirement with the Technical Team
∎ Validate the effort estimations provided by the technical team with deep understanding of the Odoo standard product (w.r.t. latest version of Odoo ERP)
∎ Provide Sales team with effective demonstration support
∎ Prepare the vertical-wise Odoo Success story to help prepare the vertical strategy for Odoo
∎ ** Implementation Support **
∎ Analyze the requirement of the customer and its business processes.
∎ Ability to configure the software to avoid unnecessary customizations.
∎ Ability to create the project delivery plan in discussion with the technical team.
∎ Ability to work with development team to ensure the requirements are communicated properly
∎ Coordinate with customer and timely delivery of the project
∎ Execute the agreed solutions (configuration and development)
∎ Data migration (from legacy application into Odoo ERP)
∎ Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from programming configuration to go-live.
∎ Coach clients on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual session.
∎ Conduct Odoo functional training sessions on online to train end-users or employees.
∎ ** Overall responsibilities **
∎ To work with the internal Odoo Sales team and help provide Initial Client Meeting and Demonstration Support
∎ To work with the external Odoo technical team and prepare the project timelines with tentative budgetary estimations.
∎ To streamline existing Odoo delivery models by implementing process improvements
∎ To provide customer services for new as well as existing projects
∎ To prepare documentation with complete understanding of Business processes
∎ To understand company needs and requirement with respect to ODOO ERP implementation
∎ To evaluate of client demands for Odoo ERP and how a solution can be provided to enhance business processes
∎ To ensure that the software responds and react with the manner client is looking out for
∎ To coordinate with Technical team for mapping of different activities in the new system
∎ To have logical understanding to resolve complicated problems
∎ To take effective decisions for each and every module that has been required by the client

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years in any ERP (preferably in Odoo)
∎ Must be capable of handling at least 3/4 projects in Odoo ERP software
∎ Must have knowledge of different business areas including the design of the business flow
∎ Must have in and out knowledge on configurations of Odoo
