Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead to develop Sales planning, forecasting and executing to achieve company sales objective,
∎ Arrange new distributor/dealer for continuous expanding market share by maintaining the present dealer.
∎ Initiate to increase new Dealer network as per expansion target.
∎ Setting the marketing strategy by analyzing the similar
∎ Train and develop sales team to resolve the problems faced by customers;
∎ Lead to achieve Sales and Collection Target as per assigned by the Management.
∎ Monitor daily sales and prepare report on sales variance.
∎ Report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
∎ Prepare Financial budget (Monthly/Yearly) as per achieving the sales goals.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Age at least 35 years
