∎ চকলেট, চকলেট বাক্স, দেশীয় ও বিদেশী ব্র্যান্ডের চকলেট সম্পর্কে ধারনা থাকতে হবেক্লায়েন্ট অর্ডারের ভিত্তিতে পণ্য ডেলিভারী করে দিতে হবেডেলিভারীর পর ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে কথা বলে, পণ্য রিসিভের কনফারমেশন গ্রহন করতে হবেহুয়াটস অ্যাপ, ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে পণ্যের ছবি ক্লায়েন্টের কাছে পাঠাতে হবেঅনলাইনের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার গ্রহন করতে হবে, ক্লায়েন্ট ভিজিটের মাধ্যমেও অর্ডার গ্রহন করতে হবে
