∎ Minimum B. Sc. in CSE / EEE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure software, servers, routers, firewall and other network devices.
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software on PCs, laptops and other office equipment.
∎ Monitor network performance and integrity.
∎ Resolve issues and provide all IT related support (e.g. PABX, CCTV, Projector, UPS, Printers, Scanner, Smart phone, Attendance device and other IT equipment).
∎ Communicate with users when needed and assist team members on technical issues.
∎ Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery).
∎ Identify and address vulnerabilities in networks and computer systems.
∎ Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability.
∎ Maintain complete technical documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Hands-on experience in LAN setup, Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Must have practical knowledge on firewalls, routers, switches, access points and Cyber security management etc.
∎ Certification in the relevant field will be considered as an added qualification.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Self-starter, self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
∎ Able to work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently.
