Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) / Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Hardware & Networking, MCSA, MTCNA
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Computer system and make sure that all departments IT related Devices are Functioning properly;
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware / software problems (pc, laptop, printer Barcode printer, scanner, ERP software, Ups etc);
∎ Maintain and configure various Wi-Fi routers, servers and attendance devices;
∎ Check all LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi Systems, CCTV, PABX, IP Telephony, Video conferencing systems;
∎ Knowledge about networking basics, TCP/IP, OSI Layer, VLan, Ip Subnet, Static routing;
∎ Able to troubleshoot any kind of systems related problems and maintain the hardware;
∎ Assembling pc Components; Planning, Designing, Managing and provisioning company network.
∎ Deployment and Maintenance of network monitoring, analysis & reporting tools;
∎ Installation of network hardware & software;
∎ Expertise on Mikrotik, Cisco Router Configuration;
∎ Network troubleshooting and fault analysis, hardware troubleshooting and repair;
∎ Develop NOC team, while working closely with other team, management & external Vendors to achieve company’s goals;
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management as & when required.

∎ Age at least 25 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Office hours and other relevant issues will be discussed during interview.
