∎ MTCNA certification (MikroTik Certified Network Associate) is required.
∎ Proven experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge of Network Tunnel, (EOIP, L2TP) TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks.
∎ Experience with network security technologies and best practices.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
∎ Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
