CCNP certification is required. CEH certification will add value to the profile.
Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
- Strong experience with Cisco network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.·
- Familiarity with network security practices and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with network virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Experience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
- Knowledge of cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of wireless networking technologies and standards.
- Familiarity with VoIP and video conferencing solutions.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure network availability and reliability.
Configure and manage network devices, ensuring proper security measures are in place.
Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades, including firmware updates and patches.
Manage and configure Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for secure remote access.
Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular network performance tests and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to support network-related projects and initiatives.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in network technology.
