∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilize Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet clients' requirements.
∎ Maintain software engineering best practices through the team like SOLID, Design Patterns, Unit Tests, CI/CD, Clean Code, Refactoring, Code Review, etc.
∎ Validate technical requirements of different projects from Analysts.
∎ Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
∎ Identify performance issues and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
∎ Write Reusable, Testable, and Efficient code as well as coach the team to do the same.
∎ Perform code review, merge code, resolve code conflicts, and deploy to server.
∎ Coach & guide the team about Unit Testing.
∎ Reformulate existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.
∎ Ensure that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
∎ Deploy developments and monitor uptake by the target audience.
∎ Use clients' feedback to inform the creation of subsequent versions of each development.
∎ Remain abreast of coding and technological changes that will impact your work.
∎ Collaborate with coworkers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ MCSD or MCPD certification will be highly advantageous
∎ Prior experience as a C#/ASP.NET/VB.Net developer
∎ Experience in ADO.Net/Multi Threading Concepts/OOPS Concepts/Win Forms/WPF/WCF
∎ Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
∎ Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, GraphQL, RPC)
∎ Capacity to use MySQL, SQL server or Oracle with ease.
∎ Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
